Students encouraged to vote during mock election

Mock elections were held across campus in the lead up to last week’s Election Day in an effort to familiarize students with voting and encourage young people to participate in the democratic process once they turn 18 years old.

The final touches of a facelift have been placed on the Poplar Bluff Junior High gymnasium, the very oldest building in the district, with its construction dating back to 1937.

Welcome Back! I hope everyone enjoyed their extra hour of daylight on Sunday!! Spring is in the air Congratulations to the March Students of the Month, Elective Classes 7th Graders: Mylee McClintock, Xzavioare Hartley, Andrew Noble, Paden Thornton, Ireland Gowen, Samuel Johnson, Benjamin Miller, Emanuel Voegtlin, Hannah Burton, Abbigail Gillum, Dylan Hall 8th Graders:Noah Wickham, Lydian Sanders, Kilah Adams, Chloe Sifford, Levin Nations, Emma Medley, Parker Hicks, Joshua Albritton, Zora Shoemaker, Chloe Cambron, Callin Pratt, Tabitha Miller, Carson Todd and Bayli Czerwonka Pizza parties will be held in their honor on Thursday, March 12, in room #107. Seventh grade SOTM will report to room 107 at the beginning of 5th hour. Eighth grade SOTM will report to room #107 at the beginning of 6th hour
