Welcome Back! I hope everyone had an enjoyable weekend! This week and next week are four day weeks!
Mid-terms
Mid terms will be sent home on February 14th.
Social Media
Students, please keep in mind that anything that you post on social media during non school hours/off campus, but carries over into school and affects the school population, can be subject to a discipline consequence issued by the school. It is not to be taken lightly. Use good judgment in this area! If you wouldn’t say it to your mom or grandma, it’s probably not a good idea to post it.
Valentine Gifts
Anyone who would like to send their friends a Valentine basket of goodies, can order through the Life Skills classes. Prices start at $1. All proceeds benefit the Lifeskills curriculum.
Valentine’s Dance
The Valentine’s dance will be on Friday, February 22nd from 6-8 PM. The Beta club will be hosting. A NO GO list will be sent out this week to students who cannot attend due to lack of attendance, discipline referrals and failing grades.
Discipline, Grades and Attendance
We will begin registering for classes soon for next year. Discipline, grade and attendance determine who gets to pick their electives and design their schedules first. Keep this in mind and make good choices!
No School
There will be no school on February 15 or 18th for Presidents Day and Teacher Collaboration Day
St. Jude’s Math a thon Information
Monday is the LAST day to turn in mathathon money for St. Judes!

February 14- grades will go home in 8th hour.
February 15 - Collaboration Day
February 18- No School Presidents’ Day
February 20 - Team 4 TCC tour 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
February 21 - Team 5 TCC tour 8:30 a.m.
February 22 - Valentine Dance and Team 6 TCC tour 8:30 a.m.
March 4- HS Counselors will be in History classes working on HS Registration
March 7th- NAEP testing with approximately 50 students
March 8- 3rd quarter ends
March 15- Collaboration Day- NO School
